Driver will tag bags. (Complimentary) * All reservations will be made through the Railway and forwarded via fax on a weekly basis to Diana North. Reservations will be made and confirmed with the guest by hotel personnel. All reservations must be pre paid with a valid credit card. One week prior to arrival, the CVSR and McKinley Grand will confirm reservation count and CVSR will forward monies owed for the hotel portion of the package to the hotel. (Prior to arrival on June 20, 2009) Monies owed to the Canton Chamber of Commerce for the VIP Upgrade will be paid to the Canton Regional Chamber of Commerce.
